Made me feel very welcome

Barbara's class has made me feel very welcome. I was apprehensive at first, but Barbara eased me into it with clear instruction and reassurance that it's okay to adapt to my flexibility. I feel very relaxed in this class, and can see myself getting stronger, even though my balance is still questionable at times. I would highly recommend Barbara's class.

Class on a Friday evening works out perfectly to destress

I have been to Barbara's class twice now on a Friday evening and I absolutely love it. I have been to both yoga and pilates classes before but have never felt the same as I do during Barbara's classes. Barbara has such a calming and warming presence and her class is brilliant for all people with all different levels of experience in yoga. She explains all moves and poses and is extremely knowledgeable. From the minute I walk into her class I feel an automatic sense of calm. I work in an extremely stressful job and for me coming to class on a Friday evening works out perfectly to destress and stretch my body after being hunched over a desk all week. I will 10000% be coming again and again and would recommend to all.

Attended Barbara's Slow Down Sunday class yesterday and what a relaxing evening we had, Barbara offers lots of moderations to poses which make the class very inclusive, she naturally brings a calming and soothing feel to the class. Would definitely recommend this class.

My yoga journey started about 1.5 years ago. Having moved from another town, I was looking for a new yoga class that was not only fitness-focused, but also spiritual and relaxing. I’ve been attending Barbara’s yoga classes for about 6 months now, as it is exactly what I was looking for. A combination of slow yoga practice, mindfulness, and short meditation.
