I'm a yoga teacher based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. I help people live with less physical and emotional discomfort—without pushing, fixing, or performing.
I’ve been through burnout, chronic pain, and emotional overwhelm. Yoga helped me reconnect to my body and start to heal. Now I teach from that same place—with care, clarity, and no fluff.
